Enoch Dahl

Resource and Planning Director

Enoch Dahl was born and raised in Starr Valley, a ranching community in northeastern Nevada at the base of the Ruby Mountains. He grew up working cows with his grandpa and learning the value of hard work. Enoch graduated with a degree in business finance from Westminster College in Salt Lake City and has a diverse work history. He worked as a branch manager and loan officer in the banking industry, and then delved into commercial and residential real estate. Enoch had the entrepreneur bug for a while and developed and managed a commercial truck wash and chrome shop, employing more than 20 people. When he was missing out on his family too much, he closed the business and took a job at the Wells Rural Electric Company in Wells, Nevada. He worked at WREC for nearly 10 years in power supply, finance and corporate services. In September of 2021, Enoch accepted a job as the Resource & Planning Director for Northwest Requirements Utilities – Power Services (NRU - PS). In his current role, he does resource investigations, serves as a power service advisor, and acquires market power on behalf of member utilities around the northwest region.

In his spare time, Enoch enjoys running equipment, building rock walls, wood working, playing the piano, and coaching basketball. Enoch and his wife Jennifer have four children and currently reside in Forest Grove, Oregon.
